Installation of fencing for screening

Hi there,

Looking to get recommendations to have fencing / trellis fixed upstairs on outside wall to add privacy. Have got balustrade downstairs but would not be high enough upstairs.

Would need to be fixed with posts just to be sure to withstand strong winds which we sometimes get.

Any help would be greatly received.
