Where is this tea room going to be? Sounds good.

In the new bit of the "Boulevard " Quesada , just after the Bombay Palace, on your left going down.

Spoke to the owner this morning. They are all ready to go but, as is often the way, are being held up by red tape and paperwork. They were hoping for a Valentine’s Day opening but that looks highly unlikely now.

Oh no, not another tea room. It’s not like we need a tea room. Tea rooms are not Spanish. This is not little England. Will it sell bath buns?

I know where it is . I wondered if anyone knows the opening day , menu prices etc .

Well I’m glad to see another’ place opening that you can have a tea! Coffee, drink and some food.
At least it’s not another estate agency that sells property, as we hav3 far 5o many already.
