Please remember that you the seller decides the amount you want for your property, so then it is up to the agent to price your property to include their commission and any haggling amount for the buyer. So in general the fee they charge should not affect you, piece of advice do not give any agent sole sale.

The topic title "Estate Agents" is always a contentious subject...second only to Brexit.
Please keep it nice and friendly everyone.

I have never spoken to an agent that puts their commission on top of the selling price. It is up to you and the agent to discuss the realistic value of the property. When that figure is agreed, the agent takes there fee from the proceeds of the money the property sells for.. Works just the same in the uk. So No, the buyer doesnt end up paying the agents fees.

In answer to the question - I would most certainly recommend Casas Manuel in Benijofar. My husband and personally dealt with them when they sold our second house and we recommended them to friends and they sold their house as well. They were professional at all times and their fee was very competitive. They were very thorough in dealing with the correct documentation required and followed through on every query posed by either us the sellers or the buyers. They therefore deserve recommendation.
