Looking for long term rental

Hi, this is my first post....

We are looking for a long term let, either in central Quesada or Dona Pepa.

Ideally would have 2/3 bedrooms and a walk in shower, English TV package and wi-fi. Also looking for a separate kitchen if possible.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, are we better to go through an agent or private rental.
