We used NGS for buying. I have to say Noel Godsil is good.

We actually had no real intention of buying when we asked to see a particular property. (Pure nosiness).

Noel showed us the one we asked for, and then suggested looking at another one, which we bought. He knew better than us what we wanted.

Didn't push too hard. Applied just the right amount of pressure, and landed us.

I’ve recently bought through Saphirre Properties opposite the petrol station at the arches, very helpful, no bullshit just honest advice, run by John & Sue.

Hi ,, my advice would be ,, don’t rush ,, look at loads and take notes of likes/ dislikes,, as in our experience we ended up buying the exact opposite of what we were looking for ,, we have a private pool even though there is a community pool ,, way more convenient and private ,, we’re on Lo Crispin lovely and quiet would recommend you look at property on there .
