I have no problem with dogs outside restaurants but I dont think they should be allowed on the seats ..and not the ones with cushions!

Yep, there are bad parents and, bad owners. But, it is rare that you see children walking around with dirty arses, drooling whilst their ‘owner’ is eating or, licking their reproductive organs.

And, at least you can talk to child to modify it’s behaviour!

To answer the original question, most places allow dogs at their outdoor seating, I haven’t tried taking my dog inside. We go to places where there is shade for our dog and space to tuck her under the table where she is out of the way. We have never been refused water for her. In Quesada we have been to Goyos, Esquina, Don Carlos, Oscars, Pintxos, La Taberna, Redz, Mulberrys to name but a few. Our dog is old and appreciates a rest and drink during her walk... oh and yes, an odd crumb or two but certainly not from a plate.

Hi
A lot of crap.
I have a dog and love animals but would not like to see them in a restaurant that serves food.
If they have an outside area then fine.
As for Bars I don’t mind them inside if they are under control but outside is ok.
Yes some bars in the uk and in Spain do allow dogs in , but prefer you to sit outside if possible.
If people are against these then they should drink in other bars .
So simple don’t like it then don’t go to it.
Another point.
A lot of hotels except dogs now and tell you that your welcome to bring your dog down with you if your having a drink or eating in the bar.
In Spain , France and UK
If they can except it why can’t you.If you don’t like it then go elsewhere.
Simple

I have a dog and certainly would not take it into a restaurant or Supermarket. I do occasionally take her to a bar and sit outside with her which does not pose a problem. Most bars allow you to do this.I understannd that people have issues with hygeine.I assure you that most owners do have concerns about hygeine and ensure that the animal hygeine needs are taken care of in or outside the home.

I've been in la Taverna and witnessed a dog owner who lifted their dog and sat it on a chair for the whole of the evening...I was disgusted ...
I'm a dog lover and never allowed my pets onto the furniture in my home let alone a bar...
