Tourist Licence - What next?

does anyone know anything about quasada holiday rentals, they are a company who rent out holiday lets, they do not have offices, as they say it is more cost effective to work from home. I am still having difficulty getting the Certificate de compatibilidad urbanistica and am thinking of using them to obtain it and then letting them do the holiday letting, for me but an reluctant to hand over keys to my property without knowing much about them. Has anyone managed to get the certificate required on their own and if so how did you manage it
