Usually Monday to Friday and you need a license from Rojales town hall. Easy to get and you can only dump certain items.

Does anyone know how much it costs?
How long does a license last?
Do you need one license for garden waste and a different one for general waste?
Can you apply on line?
Thanks

One permit and costs nothing. You can also get them from the municipal town hall in Quesada, just show your padron.
No expiry date on my permit.

Thank you marcliff. I don’t have a pardon, but will go to the town hall next time I am in Spain

You really ought to get yourself on the padron, it's easy & free & the council receive funds from government for numbers - i.e. to pay for the free tip!
Also advisable in preparation for Brexit.

I intended to sign on the Padron when we were last in Spain but I was told in no uncertain terms on this forum that it is illegal and I could personally get fined €000's for doing so.

That was scare-mongering in my opinion.
In Rojales it is unusual, but you can sign on the padron before becoming resident and you are encouraged to by the mayor & councellors like Derek Monk etc & advised to by the British consulate.
We were on padron before we became residents, but if you are here longer than 6 months of course, you should become residents too.
It will be so much easier if Brits need visas to visit Spain after Brexit if you are a resident or on padron.

Those were my exact thoughts Martin especially about registering before Brexit. Unfortunately we can't now sign on the padron for the foreseeable future as my husband is seriously ill in hospital in the UK, we had to cut short our stay in Quesada because he was so ill.
