Marquesa area

Looks like they are knocking down the old Indian - any one know what is going to replace it ?

It’s going to be an Orenes ( fruit machines etc. with a tapas bar above). They’re reinforcing the foundations in order to
be able to put an upstairs floor on it.

That'll greatly improve the area.

I will believe it when I see it as there are that many rumours not only about that building but on whatever is being built beside the petrol station, the land on the golf course beside the roundabout etc etc. I have to say that the area around the golf course has improved greatly over the years and any investment will only continue to improve the area.

There is a big sign on the plot next to the gas station stating that it will be three commercial units.

The petrol station is also being expanded with addition of car wash and blue diesel additive etc.

Any ideas why the golf course has taken the fence down & built the levels up to the road with dirt from the site near the garage.?
