UK to Spain cash transfer

I have just carried out a cash transfer from Barclays Bank UK to Saberdell Spain and the transfer was completed within 3 minutes and was in my Sabadell account instantly I call that good service Rate was 1.339 no charges either way

That’s gotta be a typo jpeg cos there’s no way did you get €1.339.

Why not use TransferWise there giving 1.165 at the moment

I have used Transferwise ever since the started but having a bit of login trouble at the moment as I can not receive a mobile signal where I live so can not get the code they send to log in

Ok jpeg as I said it was just a thought as they offer a better rate.
it’s a shame you have problems with the signal where you are as we all like to get that little bit extra.

Yes Transferwise for me too, 1.17 Today,best for a long time.

I use Currencyfair, I got 1.165 yesterday but it does take a couple of days to appear in my Sabadell account. The UK transaction is almost instant but I think they must then send it to Spain by road. Currencyfair charge €3 per transaction.

I vote for Transferwise, brilliant and the use of two step verification makes it secure.

I know I’m probably pointing out the obvious, sadly you have been charged approx £23 in a round about way, based on a simple example for £1000. at your rate you get 1133euros, at transferwise rate you get 1160eu after a £3 deduction. I hope your internet gets back on track for you.
