A beautiful 2 bedroom Town House that sleep 5 situated at Dona Pepa II in Ciudad Quesada.

This beautiful 2-bedroom house, comfortably sleeps 5, 2 in a king size bedroom, 2 in a double and a 5th in a pull down single (if required).

It is situated in luxurious settings that is 'Residencia Albamar' with beautifully maintained gardens and 5 swimming pools, ranging from the children's pool to the deeper and larger adult pools, one which has a jacuzzi.

Albamar is within walking distance of Bars, (Coopers Bar, La Vida Sunset Bar), Supermarkets (Gama) (Consum), Restaurants, Hairdressers, Butchers, Pharmacies, etc. and is within easy walking distance to the town of Ciudad Quesada. Guadamar del Segura beach is only a ten minutes drive away and can be reached via public transport.

The house is fully equipped, with a fitted kitchen, bedding, towels for indoor use, garden furniture including sofa and chairs, table and chairs, parasol etc. There is a washing machine and clothesline. The house benefits from integral air conditioning / heating units, Fibre Optic Broadband, DVD / Blu Ray player, HD TV, stereo with radio.

We have installed a TV service with TV channels, including BBC, ITV and CH4 services, as well as movies, sports channels etc. The upstairs veranda has views over the town and the salt lakes.
