Carrefour aren't known for good after sales service. You'd be better going to Tien 21, Hnos Garcia, or a Specialist Electrical Shop for TVs, Washing Machine and other big items. Depending where your property is , do ask on here for recommendations in the local area.

We shopped around and decid3d to buy all of our white goods from Carrefour. Haven’t needed any after sales service, but can’t fault the delivery and installation service.

But, why buy from Murcia? The Carrefour at the Habanaras Centre (between Quesada and Torrevieja) is much closer and has a great selection.

Pete.

You really should try Donde by the Arches for your white goods and TV. Excellent service, excellent installation and great aftercare service. cannot fault them. Normally if you buy cheap you will buy twice, that has been my experience with Carrefour!

Gandy Donde is just along from the Arches & another good one with a large selection & good after sales & service is Milars just on the right of the roundabout at Punta Prima. Welcome to Sunny Spain.

Donde can be very expensive.

As an example - our dishwasher (from Tien 21) was €200 cheaper than Donde (same model), and our hob/oven (from Conforama) was €170 cheaper than Donde (again - same model).

We've had all of our big appliances from either Tien 21 or Conforama - both superb

It does pay to shop around.
