S1 Form

Hi. I am hoping someone might have the answer to this question, possibly Marcliff will.

My wife will be getting her pension next month and hopefully her S1, as I am not due to get my pension until next year normally I would piggyback on her S1, I was just wondering if with the changes due in May regarding pension credits would I still be able to piggyback on my wife’s S1?

At the moment you will be classed as a beneficiary once your wife registers the S1.
The change in pension credits in UK should not affect this.
