Plumber needed for apartment in La Marquesa

We have had problems with a water heater in our rental apartment - we had the heater replaced but it is still causing a leak and need it fixed asap - can anyone recommend a plumber who is reliable and not too expensive ? Many thanks

Where is it leaking from as there is a pressure relief valve which sometimes passes water but this is normal
