Bar Opening late?

What bar is likely to open till 1-2am on a Wednesday 1st May? Easy jet get later and later LOL

They all advertise that they open until 2am, Don Carlos and others. However, if there aren't that many people there then they start closing early but most will stay open until at least 1am.

1st May is a holiday? Little Don Carlos near La Laguna hotel used to open late, have seen the Policía cars outside at 2 am or later.

Yes, but I've been in the La Vida when it started closing before midnight and that was in the summer. They all advertise being open until 2am but many of them don't. I suppose it depends on how the night is going and how many customers there are.
