I have been eating Indian food for over 42 years .
And I have tried most of the Indian restaurants around quesada , Rojales , Torrevieja.
Not to mention other areas that I have been on holiday around Spain.
When I order my meal I don’t expect to see it on my table for at least 30 minutes.
If so then it’s pre cooked and from a big pot of Sauce,
Not good.
Indian food should be cooked to order each individual one.
That for me is a good Indian restaurant.
So far the only one that I have found it the Spice Hut in Quesada.
But everyone has their own thoughts and taste.

Just my opinion

I agree. Its an educational thing to go to India and see how different it is. Theres a Resturant in Tamil Nadir, you sit on the floorona bamboo mat, they serve the rice on banana leaf, with a bread, the curry in a small bowl. You eat with your fingers, and the drinks are mainly Lassi (a type of yoghurt drink., delicious) and after you have Indian Sweets. The place serves 1000 people a day.

Yep, authentic is what we need in Quesada, 50 people settle down to eat, on a bamboo mat, 44 of them wouldn´t be able to get up again. :D

Love The Spice Hut in Quesada. Freshly cooked food and friendly helpful staff. They have separate kitchens for vegetarian dishes too.

I have never eaten food in India to match the food from my local restaurant in Leatherhead.
Hope some of the aforementioned places are good I have only tried one here and it was not a good experience (for instance the onion bhaji was almost raw)
