I expect any concerned have already heard that Alicante airport is closed and flights diverted to Valencia due to private plane leaving runway as it landed.
No-one hurt and hoping to reopen soon

Our sonis due to fly in Later tonight, do you think the airport will be open by then ?
There is nothing on google about the incident.

my brother was delayed 5 hours fling from alicanti to Glasgow friends flying from Glasgow were waiting on the flight coming my brother was on from Glasgow you could not make it up

Is Alicante airport open now? I have friends flying to UK from there this evening (Friday). Any help with info would be appreciated.
