How do I transfer a photo from a mobile phone to the forum?

Can anyone please tell me (in simple terms) how to transfer a photo from my mobile phone to the forum...
From a dimbo on these things!

You first of all have to transfer the photo from your mobile to a pc or laptop, plug you phone into pc with a usb cable then open My Computer you should see the phoe click on it and look for a file named DCIM or Camera when it opens you will see a list of all the photos click on the one you want by right clicking and chose save as, save it to desktop or photos on the pc or laptop then follow the instructions as given on the post by Jan

You can always email it to yourself and save it to pictures on the device that you use Talk Quesada on then follow Jan’s instructions.

I take a picture on my phone or tablet ,use web browser to access this site then just add a picture from phones photo album ,you might have to use the talk Quesada full editor setting though
