Communal Street Bins

I live on Doña Pepa and for the last two nights, the street bins in Ave Antonio Quesada have not been emptied. Anyone know if there’s a strike on or something similar?

It appears the council have changed refuse collectors And they are playing catch-up at the moment. So I think it’s about being patient.

If you put bins in the search box at the top you'll find half a dozen threads and about 20 odd pages on this subject.

Take a run down from the Gama and you’ll see bins that haven’t been emptied since the early hours of Wednesday morning. I think I preferred the old contract

Bins in Benimar2 have just been emptied - Hooray!

judging by the state of the ones down by the 'Botanical gardens' there will be a plague of rats before long....it is disgusting!! cannot believe that the new contractors haven't caught up yet.
