Amazon firestick

Does anyone use an Amazon Firestick, if so, I would like some advice please?

My son bought me one last Christmas and like you think it's brilliant but 2 days ago it appeared to stop working as I have a blue circle permanently as if it's trying to work. I am not a young person so this new technology has beat me. Any advice what I can do would be helpful. I live in Guardamar.

Have you tried completely disconecting it even taking the power cable off it then plugging back in after 5 mins

Or try a reset by pointing remote at it and holding down the select (big round button) and the play button at same time fir around 10 seconds

Failing that amazon customer services. Are very good

Have you checked your network connection? It may have dropped
