Amazon uk and es.

Hi folks Im having great problems with both sites hav not used either for a while and when i try to log in using the log in page both of them are now asking me to proof im not a robot by putting in some letters that i can not read the bottom line and on the spanish amazon some of the pages will not translate to english i do not speak spanish so do not know what to do. how can i delete both accounts and start again .

When you open a new account then they will still come up with the "I'm not a robot" bit.

If you are using Google Chrome then it will change the language to English for you. If it fails then click the translate button on the top right by the settings bar and click Show original and then the translate to Spanish button again.

Also clicking the right hand button anywhere on the screen will give you the option to translate to English.

Thanks Marcliff, so will i first need to get rid of my 2 accounts i have now before i create a new one, i take it i will have to use a new E.MAIL address also.on the Amazon es i have tried to translate pages using the right click option but comes up this page will not translate.

But if you open a new account, you will get the "I am not a robot" box and have to enter the letters in the box so you'd be back to square 1.
When entering the letters, don't put spaces in or anything like that. Just type in the letters/numbers in one go.

Just a thought but is the "I am not a robot" box case sensitive (i.e. upper & lower case)

Those boxes very often only need a 50% correct "hit", so if you get it half right, you should be OK.

Yes, you need replicate exactly what you see.

they are not case sensitive at all
