I believe it is if it includes anything but free to view

Hi Cherrybell i get my IPTV from Harry at Netbox its very good with worldwide channels & catchup & full program guide & its only €96 euros a year to put on your box its €20/40 or he can supply you a box for €169/199 once your set up its then only €96 a year to renew it. This includes all UK channels & sports Channels.
