Bank / Car embargo

Janjan, storage company sent screenshots of the cars movements in & out of their compound for the year, it’s still possible one of their staff could have used it but it’s about a 90 mile round trip so we’d have likely noticed the extra miles. Biggest problem is actually finding someone in the Spanish authorities who gives a s**t that we’ve been unjustly issued a 200 euro parking fine!

If you have copies of the Storage Screenshots send them to the Car Parking Authorities or Linea Direct. Linea Direct speak English so have you told them it isn't possible and you have proof.

Just out of interest which car secure parking company was it please

Platinum Parking at Malaga Airport, I could be mistaken but think they only operate out of that airport. I’m based on the Costa Del Sol not Quesada but use this forum for advice.

You can go online to Linea Directs & ask for call back in English. Normally their car insurance includes legal assistance. They can deal with it for you.
