Selling property

We are selling our property and our estate agent drought round a potential buyer. The buyer brought round his Introducer. Is this the norm in Spain.

This is Spain its not like other places we sold our house we gave it exclusively to a sales company who then patched in all there associates who all ended up bringing clients to see ours it did help us get a sale but at times there were agents with clients & interpretors & friends etc. We had windows left open doors left open with keys in it but as there were so many coming & going it was hard to police, But as i said this is Spain But we got it sold.
