Watching Spanish TV this afternoon (nothing on Brit TV after the rugby) and a company called Housell does exactly what the OP was talking about.
No commission quick sale (they say) for a fixed price of €1395.
It does mention other "packs" like showing people around and dealing with all the paperwork so I imagine the basic price is simply for advertising it and putting people in contact with you but it does show there are companies out there.
