Advert from Catral estate Agents (mycostablancahome) stating that Catral Town Hall now issuing these certificates. Has anyone in Catral tried ??

Do not believe them ! People and various expensive lawyers been trying for 15 years!!!!

It is true but only a few selected properties have been given certs up to now

Hi I contacted my solicitor and was informed that their was a law created in February but the municipalities have not as yet processed it. Could be months or even a year. So we will not be wasting our money.
