Air conditioning

Am in need of someone to look at my parents air conditioning unit. It goes on for a few minutes and then turns off by itself.
They have rung a couple recommended on here but they haven’t got back to the them.
The unit is a Samsung

Steve has just been out and looked at it for them, thinks it will need replacing as quite old. He did not even charge them. What a nice man

I know everyone recommends Steve but the problem is when he is busy and says he will try and look at following week and that was over 3 weeks ago and have chased by text with no response.Not nice being ignored

Yes i know people are busy but to say something and do nothing is not good at least respond to messages

I wish my neighbour back to back with me would get someone out to there aircon,it sounds like a cement mixer,all day and especially all nite, people have these holiday homes and fail to maintain them , they must be able to hear it as it outside there bedroom ,or they are just oblivious and aint bothered attitude,
