Which golf courses and when can i buy balls from the guys at the side of the courses??? TIA.

In the UK if caught buying golf Balls from guys at the side of the course, was a loss of membership as most were stolen off the course

On the road past los colinas they sit at the side of 4th green and 5th tee of las Ramblas

Last time I was around the bars at La Marquesa a man was coming around at night selling them. This was in July 2019.

By the 3rd tee of la Marquesa. He collects them from ob down the side of the 3rd off the waste land outside golf course so don’t see how they could get upset.
There is a course near us in the UK where changing your shoes in the car park is an offence worthy of benching in front of the committee, and they wonder why golf is seen as elitist!
