Advice needed please on av de palacios flood

Hi.
I feel very sorry for the people affected by the floods. Looks terrible. I’ve been glued to all the pics and vids. So sad.
I was meant to be out there but when I saw the weather forecasts I stayed in London. Wise decision it seems.

I’m meant to be coming out with my parents in a weeks time.

I have a place on av de palacios. Just up from the river. I’m at the other end opposite the fishing shop.

If anyone knows the state of that area or has any pics it would be really appreciated.

Not sure if we should come out or not.

All ok, theres no flooding here. Owing to the Segura breaking it's banks up river, saved Rojales/Los Palacious from flooding .

Can’t stop thinking about all those poor people who have been flooded out their homes. So sad.

Now to decide if to bother coming out next week or just stay clear for a while. We spend a lot of time at the golf course and Quesada. Sounds like they’ve been hit hard.

La Marquesa is a flood plain, dot think it will be playable for a while

As the pool is up the top I would say it will be fine

I’m glad there’s some businesses/people that aren’t suffering. That’s great news.
And to those of you that are replying to the likes of me asking for news and updates, I hope you realise how valuable these messages are.
