Is it the heater itself dripping or the braided hose pipe beneath it?

Probarly needs replacing, mine did , try Tein 21 or the Ferretera next to the hotel going into Los Montesenos, both speak english, both offer a supply and fit service at reasonable cost sometimes same day, keep away from one of the british rip off plumbers on here,as I found to my cost.

It’s the heater itself not the pipe

can you put a picture up for me to see, the trouble is that not many people know that the magnesium rod inside needs replacing every couple of years or your tank will get eaten away.

I’ve rung Don De in Quesada on two separate occasions when we had seriously leaking boilers. Fantastic service both times. They just asked for a few details about the capacity and make and their guys arrived within a few hours to remove and replace the faulty boilers. You might be able to shop around and get a cheaper boiler, but in an emergency having such a reliable contact is well worth that bit extra. Should you need them, here is a link to a previous posting on the forum, which gives contact details...

I would say the tank needs replacing from the picture as that is a soldered/welded pipe in the tank.
