Is the fair at Torry by the craft stall/harbour open every evening or just weekends?

We went last night to escape our situation and it was lovely. All stall open too.

I recommend a visit on the train to the saltworks as well. I think the last one goes about 6.00pm and the stop is where the stalls are and it takes about an hour. You get a chance to get up close and personal with the salt stacks. I used to always call them pyramids but seemingly they are called stacks in the salt world. At the moment the specially constructed ramp for the start of the vuelta Espana is still in place. €7pp

It is hard to know about March. It wasn't in operation in April this year when we were there so I presume it only started again around June. This year wasn't a normal year in Torrevieja. All the contracts with the old town Council had run out before the newly elected Council was in place so we had no tourist train or beach umbrellas or beds or pedaloes etc. If I see anything I will update you.
