Guardamar beach is not open. People on the beach have moved the barriers set up by the council and gone under the police tape. Saw several people moving the barriers to get on and off the beach yesterday evening and signs on the barriers clearly said no bathing on beach or in the sea.

I can't imagine any beach would be regarded as 'safe' for some time.

The water, outside Guardemar's, political, 11km limit cannot be considered OK. The water 'next door' will be just as foul
