More strife for people just trying to have a holiday

yes but they are covered via ATHOL,so not all doom and gloom,at least they,ll get home to a nice warm house, unlike all the flood victims etc ,now that's strife for people just want to live there lifes, theres always someone worse off than yourself, ,they will get a refund via holiday /wedding insurance, and probarly get a good deal on another destination at short notice via another holiday company ,

Guys ,
It’s terrible for the people affected but as Glassman said they will be refunded and hopefully be able to rebook a holiday .
Spare a thought however for the 22,000 staff who have today lost their jobs .
I don’t see them being able to share £20 million pounds worth of bonuses for keeping the company afloat for so long .
I appreciate this figure wouldn’t have saved this old established business but I’m certain it would have been welcomed now by the staff who face uncertainty .
It’s an I’ll divided world .

I agree that the really unfortunate people are those who have lost their jobs.
What really annoyed me is some tacky journalism from Sky News over the weekend.
Two female Brits (like something out of a Viz magazine) being interviewed in Majorca were shaking with fear because they were worried that in the event of being stranded they wouldn't be able to get their life saving medication. Obviously if Sky had reminded them that they weren't in a third world country, it wouldn't have been newsworthy.

Don't worry too much Reece mogg and his buddies would have made loads of money on their hedge funds betting o TC going bust.
