Replacement Awning

Looking for recommendations for my Awning blind material to be replaced.

I would replace it with something strong and reliable like model XtremepowerUS Patio Manual Retractable sun shade awning ( found it at this link: https://bestyardproducts.com/best-retractable-awnings/ ). I've been using these awnings for couple of months and they are great in any weather. They are resistant to rain, water, corrosion, and mildew, which is very important for me, cause I don't want to clean them with chemicals, etc.
