Bins not being emptied.

We’ve been here a year now and we’ve never seen it so bad. I thought it was because they were cleaning up the mess from the storm?

My morning walk this morning.

There is a problem with the rubbish collection, we are in Dona Pepa and we have , until now, boasted to our friends in the uk how clean the streets are and that the bins get emptied every day !!
Iam sure that the Sumo charge has recently been amended with the rubbish collection being charged separately
(might be wrong!) But it seems since then ,the rubbish has been allowed to over flow the bins onto the streets.
We visit about 6 times per year and it seems to be getting worse every visit.
