Preyser is like a builders merchants and I suppose nokitack is a tin of damp proofing solution?

you can also get liquid brush on silicone sealant, its also white, but its £23 a litre, but as far as waterproofing goes its industrial, they use it to seal tiles and concrete against rain and water. The DIY on the right on the way into Montesinos sell it.

We’ve had water in our underbuild during last heavy rain, so all above advice is being followed. Can anyone recommend someone who can repair properly the damage. It’s not severe but probably needs damaged plaster/board removing and replacing and all making good. Also interested if anyone has added any form of damp course retrospectively to an outside wall which shows constant damage from what appears to be rising damp. We’ve tried numerous paints and all have flaked and bubbled within a short time Thanks
