Tradesman to repair and remedy damp

Looking for recommendation and suggestions: We had water come into our underbuild which has damaged and stained walls, we need to have it repaired and painted and maybe some form of tanking for future proofing it. We are hoping to go through our insurance company so need quotes prior to work. Any recommendations please.
