As no=one seems to have one, Leroy Merlin have a decentselection, on-line. I've been looking at them for sometime, as I didn't really want to chance my own safety on a second-hand one, although the price might be inviting. Good luck. You might even get away with a ro;;er extention, but it depends on what you're painting. Even with a tower, you still need a decent ladder for access and possibly stabilisers. Good Luck
