Things seem to be moving , a friend at Catral had his payment [ 28000e ] paid into his bank Weds morning , still waiting for his 2 vehicles to settled.

well he would not have had the 1500 euros as his claim was with the Consortium and his insurance company
The 1500 is from the Valencian disaster fund

Morning - still no news, emailed the assessor last week and was informed he has 200 claims to get through, should hear soon. On Monday we called into our insurance company for assistance and she spoke to the consortium who have received the claim from the assessor and hopefully by Friday we should get an offer.
I also mentioned that they will not pay to clean pools, just pump and elec. she said no it has to be paid for by the consortium. Whilst there I asked if it would be payed before Christmas as I expect they will all down tools on 6-8 and Xmas until early after 6 Jan. she said they have been told to work through - I can’t see that happening.
At the end of the day we have to be lucky we still have a house and getting by, and it’s starting to dry out nicely - just hope the weather continues.
Oh still no emergency money but thought it funny when last week a chap from town hall or rep. Had list of names to check what we put on the form is actually correct.

Oh no not a query list!! I wonder how people will know if they are on the query list. It looks like an assault on tge various Town Halls where people made their claims are in order. I edited the headings with the dates as its getting confusing
