First thing to check is if you are wireless from your router to IPTV box. If you are then this could be the problem. Buy a suitable length of Ethernet cable cheaply available from a Chinese Merca, with the RJ45 connectors attached both ends. Plug one end into the router (or switch) and the other into your IPTV box. That might well cure the problem.
