Small community administrator needed

We are a small community of 6 new houses located close to the Doña Pepa urbanizacion.
We are looking for a community administrator to take over administration duties from our current service provider.

I would have thought it would be difficult to get one for 6 houses i would not be cost effective for them .

If they are all detached houses you do not need a community, therefore, no need for administrator I believe

Our Conjunta is 6 Detached Houses and we have had an Administrator since 2002.
