Aircon is aircon so any competant engineer should be able to attend to to it, you don't need brand specific.

Have you cleaned the filters on the internal unit recently? If they're clogged that can stop it working.

Have you tried turning off the electricity at the mains for 10 mins ?
Apparently this does a reset of the air con unit.
