Happy New Year everyone.

We have told that the Brits are having trouble obtaining Spanish mortgages from the banks in the last few month. Has anyone any knowledge or experience of this please.

Yes there are problems which are caused by the new regulations for mortgage providers but I am still getting mortgages for clients but it is taking a little longer now because the banks are having to do a bit more checking .
