They will find out for you if that nice “park” in front or next to you has building permission or is just a park!!!
They are sellers with a hart, they also want to make some profit but they are and they stay honest

Be careful with agency s, most of them are money sharks

My opposite neighbour used that Swedish one, because they wanted a quick sale( 7,26% it costed him) and it worked BUT every time it rained the new Swedish owners had buckets all over the place…

The sellers didn’t tell him, the agency KNEW ABOUT IT and didn’t tell him so after 2 weeks the new owners had rain and ALL their NEW stuff was damaged!!!
