Have a nice day.. :D

For British Nationals in Spain, the Withdrawal Agreement contains really important guarantees for you on citizens’ rights, such as the right to continue to live and work in Spain, continuation of healthcare and uprating of pensions. Those rights will be protected for as long as you remain resident in Spain, provided that you are registered as a resident by 31 December 2020.

Found this on gov.uk...............https://www.gov.uk/guidance/living-in-spain#pensions

"Pensions after Brexit
You can continue to receive your UK State Pension if you live in the EU, EEA or Switzerland and you can still claim your UK State Pension.

If you are living in the EU, EEA or Switzerland by 31 December 2020 you will get your UK State Pension uprated every year for as long as you continue to live there. This will happen even if you start claiming your pension on or after 1 January 2021, as long as you meet the qualifying conditions.

If you are living in Spain by 31 December 2020, you will be able to count future social security contributions towards meeting the qualifying conditions for your UK State Pension.

If you work and pay social security contributions in Spain, you will still be able to add your UK social security contributions towards your Spanish pension. This will happen even if you claim your pension after the end of the implementation period."

I have been assuming this is accurate information as it was last updated on 23rd January 2020?

If mondo is happy then we can all be happy
The information on jars post has been on the UK Governments website for some time now and the UK ambassador has made several announcements and held Facebook open talks too
The CAB and Help Vega Baja organisation’s have also repeated the UK govt statements
It’s not really new news
