Make sure your radiators are coming on at different times to avoid a surge of electricity

To discover what is causing the trip: At the switch box turn on each circuit in turn until one of them causes the dropout. Then, in that area, switch off the appliances which are connected until you have isolated the culprit.

It does sound like an overload situation. When you say low wattage heaters what exactly is the wattage and how many. Are the heaters on during the day as well or only at night. I presume it's an immersion water heater you have? Try leaving off the water heater as the element in that is probably drawing a lot of your permitted wattage. Also the water will stay hot overnight and you can give it a boost in the morning when you turn off the heaters. The lower 3KW Potencia usually cuts out if you have say washing machine, immersion and cooker or electric kettle on at the same time. The common denominator with all of them is heating elements.
