Buying a house after Brexit in Spain

I have used both SGM and One Way Services. I highly recommend both. As Shiva says SGM for house purchase whilst OWS are great value for money on the admin type bureaucracy paperwork they specialise in.

We completed our purchase in the middle of January. We used Silvia and Charlotte at SGM as recommended by Citrine (sellers agents). Could not fault SGM in anyway. Very quick to respond to our questions and queries and very much on the ball. made the whole process very easy.

We used Matt at One Way Services for driving licence exchange, but he's a 'gestor' not an 'abogado'. For house purchase and residency, I would highly recommend SGM, very professional and very efficient.
