Rental Property Requirements?

Hiya

We are in the process of getting our rentals license, hopefully not too long now.

I have found how they categorise your property in terms of bedrooms, how many rings on the hob etc etc

I am however struggling to find out what things are a legal requirement or advisories, things like Fire Blankets, Smoke alarms, floating ring for the pool, taht sort of stuff.
Does anyone know where i can find this info please?

Thank you for that, but unless i am missing something, i can't believe fire blankets, smoke alarms are not a requirement?
Whilst we will provide them anyway, just wondering why i can;t see that sort of thing on the lists?
