Any recommendations?

I've left about 10 messages for linea direct and they've yet to come back to me so.im writing them off ....

Contact Ibex insurance in Quesada, they handle both my car insurance policies. Had one with Linea Directer which was due to be renewed in January but Ibex beat last year's price by almost 100.00€. Linea Director then tried to keep me by dropping their price by almost 150.00€. when I said I would not be renewing they said I would have to complete one of their forms to confirm my decision. This I did then about one week later they cancelled my policy with one month still to go and it turned out I had been driving un known to me for one week without insurance so be careful if you cancel.

Linea Directa are the worst insurance company ive ever dealt with in my life yes there cheap at times but dont cover you for everything you really have to read all the exclusion clauses & if you want to comunicate with them dont waste your time as they dont want to know & if there due you a refund enjoy the wait as you wont get it for a while.

I use Salts Bay Brokers (La Marina & Torre) who primarily use Liberty Seguros insurance. I got a good price and they also assist you with claims / breakdowns in Office Hours too. As they take your premium as a card payment there are no issues cancelling a recurring renewal either. All in English as is paperwork.

I too recommend IBEX in Quesada.
I have 2 cars, house and legal protection insurance.
Easy to contact, informative, good claims experience, competitive prices. What more can you ask?

Contact Jayne at Beneficial Insurance - she is ACE!! The quotes are good and she deals with any problems pronto! I have no connection except as a very satisfied customer with 3 cars insured with her.
