One way services

Jane now has her own office, so it is only Matt & Craig. They tend to be out and about in the mornings, doing what they do. Best to call in in the afternoons.

Matt is very good at what he does, I think perhaps sometimes he takes too much on. In fairness I have emailed him a few times and had responses.

Used them for both residencia & driving licence, very good though sometimes difficult to contact because they are so busy. That was 2 years ago I imagine they are even more busier now,

Matt is a top top guy, he helped us get our NIE at a very reasonable cost.

More recently he drove us to the Police Station in Orihuela to report a crime, he refused to take a single euro from us, will never forget his help and kindness at an awful time.

I too recommend One Way Services. Changed my licence and have registered cars for me.
They're not a big organisation so you have to make certain allowances. If I want to contact them I pop into their office at around 4pm. They're run off their feet for the simple reason that they are very good. As I said, they're not a big organisation, they don't have loads of staff, they're not charging big organisation prices.
They charge a fair price for a good service.

Hi
Hope everything is OK.
Tried to call a several times now and sent several messages but getting no response.
I need confirmation of the following please:
Transfer of bill payment of Water with screen shot of acct details
Transfer of bill payment of Electricity with screen shot of acct details
Confirmation of property registered on land registry and proof of communication with notary in Orihuela to avoid fines.
All documents ready for collection by Monday 3rd August for collection.

Could you also please let me know what other bills I have to pay and details of organisations responsible. It is nearly 2 years since I bought the house so you can understand why I am concerned.

Your earliest response would be appreciated.

Why on earth would you need to go all the way to Cartagena for a driving licence medical, there must be a dozen places within a few minutes drive of Quesada where you can get that done, and the rest.
